Officers and members shall receive the amount for wages, allowances and other facilities they will get according to this Act from the Secretariat of the Federal Parliament. However, if an officer or member, in consultation with the Secretariat of the Federal Parliament, opens an account in a bank and gives a written notice to deposit the amount for the salary, allowance or other benefits received by him in such account, the Secretariat of the Federal Parliament shall deposit such amount in such account.
